License

1. Prerequisites for the application / issuance of a license:

The prerequisite for the utilisation of the trademark WORLD is an existing and efficient quality management system in the form of ISO 9001:2000 in the manufacturing company. Through this system, a stable and steady quality must be ensured so that the WORLD Pallets should meet the minimum requirements of the quality standards.

2. Authorisation for the manufacture of WORLD-Pallet:

All manufacturing companies that are committed to WORLD are permitted to manufacture WORLD Pallets in accordance with the quality standards.

Every company must be in possession of a valid contract with WORLD-Pallet and subsequently it must publish the certificate issued in its homepage.

3. Charges:

We charge the following non-recurring system fees fort he utilisation of the protected trademark WORLD:

  • 15.000 Swiss Francs p.a. for a license for the production of WORLD-Pallets
  • 1.000 Swiss Francs p.a. for a license for the reparation of WORLD-Pallets

No further charges shall be accrued.

4. Application for a WORLD-License:
