The WORLD Pallet is a low-priced alternative to the other pallets of the so-called Euro pallets of standard dimensions 800 mm x 1200 mm that are being offered in the market hitherto. The new pallet system was developed as a global means of transportation according to the approved design principle of the euro pallet and it can be used by industrial establishments and commercial establishments without readjustments or reorganisations in warehouse and transportation logistics. The pallets are exchangeable world-wide and universally applicable.

1. Labelling:

The WORLD – Flat pallets must carry the following label on the longitudinal sides:

WORLD-Pallet Detail: the left corner block WORLD-Pallet Detail: the middle block WORLD-Pallet Detail: the right corner block
the left corner block the middle block the right corner block
is at the free disposal of every manufacturer
e.g. IPPC-fusion penetration, measurement fusion penetration (but no EPAL)
  • Type in a font size of at least 40mm
  • Production month 00-0-000
  • Production year 00-0-000
  • The licence number 00-0-000

2. Technical Specifications:

Carrying capacity

In the case of support in racks or shelves or on the fork of an industrial truck or fork lift, the WORLD-Pallet is designed for the following weights:

  • 1.200 kg (nominal load) if the load is arbitrarily distributed on the surface of the pallet
  • 1.700 kg (nominal load) if the load is uniformly distributed on the surface of the pallet
  • 2.200 kg (nominal load) if the load is holohedrally and uniformly distributed in a compact form on the entire surface of the pallet

You must be naturally, not free of charge, withdrawn or exchanged pallets, should they exhibit deficiencies, e.g. in the case of …

  • Missing or broken components part of pallet
  • Non guaranteed loading capacity
  • Distorted blocks or protruding nail heads
  • Loose components or fixing materials
  • contaminated or highly soiled or polluted pallets

Or in short: if the pallets do not meet the standards.
